Do not activate the Trendelenburg position when the couch is in the lowered position

BRAKES
Make sure to apply the couch brakes at all times, except during transport. Check that the
brake is active by attempting to move the couch.
Do not park the couch on a sloping floor.
Press the pedal on the wheel to apply the brake and raise the pedal to release it.
