Note:
Remove all transport protection material before assembly
.
Step 1
Place the base of the unit on a flat surface. Secure the rear housing section to
the unit base with 5 screws (M5x12) and washers.
Step 2
Secure the burner assembly to the rear housing section from the outside using
5 screws (M5x12) and washers.
ATTENTION: Lift the burner assembly with one hand so that the housing door
can be closed properly to fix the 5 screws (M5*10) and washers in the lowest
position of the burner assembly in the screw holes.
Step 3
Connect the hose and the gas pressure regulator (if included) to the burner
assembly.
Place the gas bottle on the appliance base and connect the gas pressure
regulator to the gas bottle. Then attach the gas bottle straps and secure
the gas bottle with the straps (see sections “Connecting to a gas bottle” and
“Securing a gas bottle”).
Note:
Check all connections for leaks with a soapy water solution (see
section “Gas leak test”)
.
Step 4
Fix the door lock and door lock fastener onto the enclosure door using
2 screws (M4 x 8).
Slide the enclosure door onto the hinge of the rear enclosure section. Close
and secure the door.
