HELMET
• The helmet is a complete system, comprising the casing and straps� The lifetime of the helmet is
determined by many factors, such as the weather conditions, temperature, exposure to
chemicals, sunlight or incorrect usage� The helmet and the straps should be inspected daily for
obvious signs of cracks or damage�
• The date of manufacture is stated on the helmet’s upper section� In normal conditions, the
helmet should offer good protection for 2 to 3 years�
• The helmet may be used for the intended purpose provided it does not show signs of damage� It
is prohibited to use parts from other manufacturers for this helmet�
• The helmet should be cleaned with soap and warm water, and dried off with a soft cloth� Do not
clean with abrasive substances or solvents� Do not store in direct sunlight or with solvents�
EAR PROTECTION
Cleaning
Clean/disinfect the outside of the hearing protection regularly with soap and lukewarm water� Do not
immerse the ear protection in liquid�
Replacing the ear pads and absorbers
The ear protection will become worn with time and use� Inspect them carefully before use to ensure
they are in good condition�

Pull off the old sealing ring and remove the old damping pad�

Fit a new pad in the earmuff and fit the new sealing ring in place� Make sure that the sealing
ring fits properly around the earmuff�
Storage
We recommend storing the ear protection in a clean, dry plastic bag after use�
SAFETY GLASSES
Cleaning
• Clean with soap and water, and wipe with a clean cloth�
Storage
• Store the safety glasses in the original pack and do not place any objects over the pack�
• Store the safety glasses in a dry, well-ventilated place protected from direct sunlight and
chemicals�
