Helmet
This safety equipment complies with the requirements of Directive 89/686/EEC
and the European standard EN 397:1995/A1:2000�
• For adequate protection this helmet must fit or be adjusted to the size of the
user’s head�
• The helmet is made to absorb energy released after a shock by partial
destruction of damage of the cap and harness� Even if such damage is not
immediately noticed, it is recommended it replace any helmet having being
subject to a strong shock�
• The attention of users is also drawn to the danger of modifying or removing
any of the original component parts of the helmet, other than as
recommended by the helmet manufacturer�
• Helmets should not be adapted for the purpose of fitting attachments in any
way not recommended by the helmet manufacturer�
• Do not apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self-adhesive labels, except in
accordance with instructions from the manufacturer�
• Always check that the helmet liner is intact and that none of the attachments
to the helmet are damaged�
• The helmet must not be used when riding on a bicycle, moped or motorcycle�
• This helmet must not be used if it is damaged�
• Some people may have an allergic reaction to the plastic material�
• Use other protective equipment if it is required to protect against other risks�
Ear protection
This safety equipment complies with the requirements of Directive 89/686/EEC
and the European standard EN352-1:2002�
• Always wear ear protection during the whole time you are exposed to harmful
noise�
