How to configure the solar panels to charge this product?
A:
As long as the specs of solar panels on PV1 or PV2 input fall in a proper range:
OCV&Vmp: 150-500V
Input Power: 6000W Max(3000W each circuit).
With the same power connector (MC4)
Q2:
Why failed when charge by the solar panels ?
A:
Please follow below steps:
i
)
Make sure the DC switch on the EP600 inverter has been set to "ON".
ii) Check the connection of solar panels and the PV input cable.
Q3:
How to upgrade the firmware?
A:
Connect the unit with BLUETTI App, then you can over-the-air {OTA) upgrade
the firmware including IOT ,ARM, DSP, and BMS.
Q4:
Why is the BMS on line icon sometimes displayed as disconnected?
A:
Check the SOC of this battery
,
if the soc value is much less than other battery
,please charge the EP600 energy storage system. When the difference in SOC
values becomes small enough, the icon BMS on line turns blue and returns to
normal.
Q5:
How long does it take to start up an EP600 energy storage system?
A
:
Approximately 40 seconds
Q6:
How long does it take to switch off an EP600 energy storage system?
A:
Approximately 20 seconds
Q7:
How long is the AC output response time by APP ?
A:
The initial AC output start-up takes approximately 40 seconds, and after a
successful start-up the response time for AC output switching operation will be
considerably shorter, approximately 15 seconds.
Q8:
Why can't I connect to the app?
A:
First of all, check whether the device connected to the app has the Bluetooth
function turned on or whether the WIFI function is turned on. Then check
whether the IOT communication module is working and whether the connection
cable is connected correctly.
