Door seal – The door seal confines the
microwave energy within the microwave oven
cavity and stops microwave leakage.

microwave oven power level.

Timer button – Used to set the cooking time
for all functions.

Drive head – Located on the end of the shaft
located on the bottom of the oven cavity. The
drive head remains in place in the oven
during all cooking operations.

Turntable ring – In conjunction with the
glass tray, this ring is always used for
cooking.

Glass tray – Made out of special heat
resistant glass. Food, once placed in an
appropriate recipient, is placed on this tray
for cooking.

Door window – For watching the food cook.
The window is designed to let light through
but not microwave energy.

Door latch – When the door is closed, the
latch is automatically disabled. If the door is
opened while the oven is operating, the
magnetron is immediately shutdown.
