SET SUPPORTED PHYS
Function:
Sets the PHYs the module will accept if a connection PHY update is requested by another
device. The supported PHYs can be set separately for RX and TX.

1 = 1M (1Mbps Standard)
2 = 2M (2Mbps High Speed)
