18. Reinstall the washer reservior. Use a 6MM-1
x 45MM hex bolts with 6MM lock washers and
1/4” fl at washers. Insert 1” spacers between the
washer reservoir and the frame for each hole.
Reconnect the hoses and the wiring. Reinstall the
plastic bumper cover. Tighten all bolts completely.

Attach the permanent baseplate safety cables to
the provided convenience link on the baseplate
(see grey arrow). The photo above shows the
recommended installation of the permanent
baseplate safety cables to frame of the vehicle
(see white arrow). Additional options may interfere
with suggested mounting, in this case, secure the
cables to a solid piece of the frame as described
in the instructions included with the permanent
baseplate safety
cables. Be sure the safety cables
do not rub against any hoses or moving parts.

19. Using the utility knife, on the back side of the
fascia, cut out the fi rst long top rib. Do this to both
sides of the fascia. Reinstall the fascia.
