DELIVERY LOCATION

/UNLOADING THE SMOKER

Commercial smokers are large and heavy. Before scheduling the delivery of your

smoker have a plan in place to accept delivery and access to where it is to be located

within your premises. The driver will require a flat, level surface that is safe from traffic

to unload the smoker. A forklift will be required to unload the smoker unless tail lift

delivery has been specified.

The driver is only responsible for delivery of the smoker. It is your responsibility to

unpack and check before moving it into its final destination. You must check there

isn’t any damage to the crate, smoker or accessories. Do not sign the delivery note

until smoker has been inspected and note any damages on the delivery note.

As the smoker may be delivered strapped to a wooden pallet, take care when

removing straps and only remove when the smoker is on a level and safe place.

When straps and wrapping have been removed, unlock the two front wheels (castors)

to enable the smoker to be wheeled off pallet.

When smoker has been moved into place, open smoker door and take out the gastro

drip tray, this is to be placed underneath the smoker between the rails to collect any

juices.

Once all this has been done final install can take place.
