ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling
Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list
and assembly diagrams as necessary.
Griddle assembly involves large components; therefore, it is advised to have
two people assemble the unit.
STEP 01
With the help of another person, remove the griddle body from
the packaging and lay it upside down on a smooth flat surface. Unscrew the
bolt and nut from the wheels and attach them to the left side of the griddle
base. Next lock the caster wheels and use a wrench to tighten them into the
right side of the griddle base.
STEP 02
With the help of another person , pick up the griddle body and set
it on its wheels. Attach the cabinet handle to the cabinet door with two (2)
black M6X12 bolts.
STEP 03
Attach the handle to the lower drawer with two (2) black M6X12
bolts. Attach the handle to the upper drawer with two (2) black M6X12 bolts.
