Pre   flight   checks:      

•      Fuel   quanQty      

(non   mixed   with   oil)         

•      Oil   level      

(start   engine   for   a   few   seconds   first)   

      

•      Propeller   in   good   condiQon   
•      Belt   tension   and   condiQon   of   belt   

•      Engine   shock   mounts   rubber   in   good   condiQon   and   no   cracks      

•      Engine   clean   no   leaks      

•      Exhaust   no   cracks   and   flex   tube   in   good   condiQon   

•      Exhaust   bracket   and   muffler   clamps      
•      Fuel   filter   and   primer      

•      Fuel   lines      

•      Oil   lines      

•      Oil   cooler   and   oil   sump,   no   leaks   or   cracks      

•      Carburetor   clean   and   no   drips      
•      Carburetor   rubber      

•      Throple   smooth   to   full   and   return   to   idle   

(idle   must   hit   the   stop)   

•      Air   box   secure   and   no   cracks      

•      Air   box   rubber      

•      Spark   plug   cap   all   the   way   in   and   Qght      
•      Spark   plug   lead   no   wear   or   sing   of   rubbing   on   cable      

•      Electrical   system   all   cables   and   plugs   in   good   order      

•      All   nuts   and   bolts   Qght   and   in   good   condiQon
