WARNING:
For use only with the
supplied charger.
From new, the rechargeable cells of the product need a
minimum charge time of 16 hours to ensure full power.
• Plug the jack plug of the charger into the charging
socket

of the tool as shown in Fig. C. Plug the
charger into any standard 120 Volt 60 Hz electrical
outlet. The charging indicator

will be lit.
nOTE :
If the charging indicator

is not lit when the jack
plug is inserted remove the jack plug from the charging
socket

and complete the following steps:
1. Check the beater bar for hair ingress or any other signs
of stalling and remove the offending items. Insert the
jack plug into the charging socket

, if the charging

still fails to be lit remove the jack plug and
complete step 2 below.
2. Operate the on/off switch

once and then re-insert
the jack plug into the charging socket

If the charging indicator still fails to be lit then return the
unit to an authorized service center.

While charging, the charger may get warm, this is perfectly
normal and safe. It is safe to leave the appliance connected
to the charger indefinitely. The charger automatically
reduces power consumption when charging is complete.
• When charging is complete, the LED will turn off.
WARNING:
Do not charge the battery
at ambient temperatures below 39 °F (4 °C) or above
104 °F (40 °C).

• To switch the appliance on, depress the on/off

• Hold the sweeper over a garbage can.
• Simultaneously press both dust bin release tabs
