– Edit the item's properties.
Time Validity View
The Time Validity View can be accessed from any playlist view by clicking the
button.
In this view you are given an easy to read representation of when the items in the selected playlist will play within a 7 day
period.
Below is a screenshot showing an example of the time validity view with the key features highlighted.
The header options are:
1 Filter
You can use the filter field to filter the playlist items by name as shown in the first column. The filter is case
insensitive, supports accented characters and can filter based on the folder / file path of certain items. The
words 'media:', 'file:' and 'folder:' are excluded from the filter. As you start typing the playlist items will start
filtering automatically.
2 Start Date
Click in this field to show a pop-out calendar which enables you to set the start date for the 7 day period. Once
a date has been selected from the pop-out calendar the time validity view will update automatically.
3 Today
Click the 'today' button to quickly set the start date to 'today'.
4 Previous 7
Days
Click the 'Previous 7 Days' button to jump back 7 days in the calendar.
5 Next 7 days
Click the 'Next 7 days' button to jump forward 7 days in the calendar.
