• EXTENSION CORDS.

Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to

use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw. An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage
resulting in loss of power and overheating. The following table shows the correct size to use depending on cord length
and nameplate ampere rating. If in doubt, use the next heavier gage. The smaller the gage number, the heavier the cord.

• When using the 120 Volt AC Adapter, do not use near water, such as a bathtub, sink or laundry, in a wet basement or
next to a swimming pool.
• Never insert anything other than the supplied 12 Volt DC or 120 Volt AC Adapter into the unit’s 12 Volt DC Outlet or
Power/Charging Port. Do not use any accessory not recommended or provided by the manufacturer.

CAUTION: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE:

• Do not disassemble the main body of the unit. Other than the removable 3Ah, 12 volt battery pack and the 9 watt compact
fluorescent (CFL) bulb, there are no user-replaceable parts. 
• DO NOT operate any of the unit’s features unless unit is fully assembled.
