Care and Cleaning
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service
personnel.
To Clean
1. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or when not in use.
2. Remove the strainer from the container.
3. To remove the cone from the strainer, turn it and pull out. Rinse the strainer and cone
immediately after each use. Use a bristle brush to remove fine pulp that may remain.
4. Use warm, sudsy water to wash all removable parts or place in the dishwasher — top
rack ONLY.
5. Wipe the base with a damp cloth or sponge; do not immerse in water or place in the
dishwasher.
6. Dry all parts before reassembling your juicer (see ASSEMBLING YOUR JUICER section).
To Store
1. Unplug the unit .
2. Wrap the cord around the base of the unit (E).
3. Before reassembling your juicer, make sure all parts are dry (see ASSEMBLING YOUR
JUICER section).
4. Place storage cover over the juicer to keep it dust free.

POLARIZED PLUG (120V Models
Only)
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the
risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact
a qualified electrician.
Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
TAMPER-RESISTANT SCREW
Warning: This appliance is equipped with a tamper-resistant screw to prevent
removal of the outer cover. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not
attempt to remove the outer cover. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
Repair should be done only by authorized service personnel.
ELECTRICAL CORD
a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be provided to
reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be
used if care is exercised in their use.
c) If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used,
1) The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord
or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating

2) If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should
be a grounding-type 3-wire cord, and
3) The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over

turn the motor off and disassemble juicer to remove remaining food.

Assembling your juicer
In order to assemble your juicer, follow these steps:
1. Lower the container through the base stem unto the base

2. Lower the strainer through the base stem unto the
container

3. Small cone fits inside the large cone
(C)

Note:
When using the large cone place the small cone inside
it. The small cone can be used by itself.
4. Choose a cone, lower it through the base stem unto the
strainer

EXTRACTING JUICE
1. Unwrap the cord around the cord wrap underneath the
base
(E)

2. Plug the cord into a standard electrical outlet.
3. Cut fruit in half (orange, lime, lemon or grapefruit).
4. Remove the storage cover from the citrus juicer.
5. Open the snap-up spout by pushing it down.
6. Place a glass under the stainless steel snap-up spout.
Note:
When the juicing action begins, the juice flows directly into the glass.
7. Place the cut side down over the cone
(F)
. Using
moderate to firm pressure, press the fruit down to start
the juicing action which rotates the cone clockwise until
the pressure is released. By applying pressure again the
cone rotates counterclockwise.
Note:
The cone changes direction every time you release the
pressure and stop pressing the fruit down on the cone.
8. For best results, alternate between pressing the fruit down firmly and releasing
pressure to extract all the juice from the fruit. Do this several times.
