Preparing the UA0048 Single-Use Water Standoff System
Before you start, see Fig. 6 to familiarize yourself with the parts of the single-use
water standoff system.
To prepare the single-use water standoff system:

Place the transducer in an upright and stable position, for example, in the
system’s transducer holder.

Apply water to moisten the transducer.

3 Pull the inner cover (A in Fig. 6) over the transducer. (See Fig. 9.) Check the
inner cover for damage (tears).
