Fault mode indication:
This product has intelligent software inside it that monitors performance and shuts down the product to protect the battery if a fault has occurred.
If a fault has occurred with the machine , all 6 battery LED’s will flash on and off.
To understand the reason for the fault, simply press the battery check button, one LED will stay lit while the others continue to flash (More than 1
fault LED may be on at a time). Follow the instructions below to identify the correct the fault.

Brush motor over current
Disconnect the main power supply and slide isolation switch
to storage position. Inspect the brush bar chamber and
remove any blockages that may be present.
Reset the machine and continue
Disconnect the main power supply and slide isolation switch
to storage position. Inspect along the entire air path and
check for blockages, empty the bin and clean the filter.
Reset the machine and continue
Vacuum motor over
current
LED 5
The product is too cold. Move to an area where the
temperature is above -20

Disconnect the main power supply and slide isolation switch
to storage position. Inspect along the entire air path and
check for blockages, empty the bin and clean the filter.

If using the machine on heavy pile carpet consider turning
off the brush bar

Disconnect the main power supply and slide the isolation
switch to storage mode. After 3 minutes reconnect the
machine and slide the isolation switch to standby.
