VH-900 SERIES FRONT END LOADER
7. Connect the hose where the oil flow exited to the valve as specified with the word
IN
towards the left side of the valve. The other hose, which is the return, is placed in the exit
valve as specified with the word
OUT
towards the right side of the valve.
CAUTION: INVERSELY CONNECTING HOSES TO VALVE COULD CAUSE INTERNAL
DAMAGE!
8. Slowly extend the lift and bucket cylinders until the towers locks with the tower supports;
this is achieved by actuating the selective flow control lever from the tractor in the direction
you determined in step 6, at the same time actuate the left lever of the valve to extend or
contract the lift cylinders of the loader or the right valve lever to extend or contract the
bucket cylinders.
9. Tighten the screws of the loader to the mounting bracket.
10. Lift the loader and place the stand in the transport position.
DISMOUNTING LOADER
Dismount loader on firm, level ground to facilitate the next mounting. It is recommended that loader
be stored in a dry place to prevent rusting.
1. Choose a smooth level surface, if possible, under a roof to help protect the loader.
2. Place the parking jacks from both sides of the loader in position. Use blocks of woods
under jacks to help avoid jacks from sinking into the ground.
3. Place bucket in horizontal position and lower until it touches the ground.
