bottled water instead of
tap water?
Please use tap water. More air bubbles
are generated when an accelerant is
added than when only tap water is used.
Device doesn't work
when accelerator is
added.
Is the amount of
accelerant correct for
adding?
Only add one level spoon full (0.5g) from
the supplied spoon then operate.
Sprayer doesn't spray. Did you use hard water?
Hard water is water
that has high mineral
content (calcium and
magnesium).
01. If the tap water is hard then scale may
have built up on the electrodes. Also the
spray nozzle may become clogged. If it
does not work, immerse the nozzle into a
diluted solution of a 1:1 ratio of detergent
and water. If it still doesn't work, contact
our customer service on 1800 268 469.
02. Due to the nature of the semi-
automatic spraying nozzle, the spraying
action may not work if the nozzle is filled
with air. If it still does not work after
attempting at least 5 pumps on the
trigger then contact our customer service
on 1800 268 469.
