Each filter whose construction incorporates absorbing glass shall be oriented with the absorbing glass facing the rim 
of the aluminum ring. This orientation shall be clearly marked on the edge of the holder with an arrow. The head 
shall point toward the absorbing glass. The filter shall be used in an orientation with light going in the direction of 
the arrow. Thus, the light shall first strike the side furthest away from the absorbing (and possibly fluorescing) glass
