Removing resource cards for encryption and compression
If you want to remove the resource card for encryption and compression from
the LAN expansion card, proceed as follows:

Caution!
An installed PRI/G.703 expansion card and installed expansion
cards with resource modules produce heat. Therefore, the addi-
tional installation of the fan unit is necessary to avoid damaging
components!
