Autonomy: the scooter can cover a distance of about 15-20 km with a fully charged
battery in ideal conditions. Below are some of the main factors that may affect the
autonomy of the scooter.
Terrain:
A smooth, flat surface increases the distance that can be covered, while
riding uphill on uneven or rugged terrain significantly reduces the distance.
Weight:
The weight of the rider can influence the distance travelled; a lighter rider will
have a longer range than a heavier person.
Ambient temperature
: Please rider and store your scooter at the recommended
temperatures, which will increase the distance, battery life and overall performance of
your scooter.
Maintenance
: Judicious battery charging and maintenance will increase the distance
that can be covered. Overcharging the battery may reduce battery life.
Speed and riding style: Maintaining a moderate speed increases the distance that can
be covered. The overall distance is reduced if you travel at high speed for long
periods, with frequent starts, stops, breaks, or if you leave your scooter on, or if you
frequently accelerate and decelerate.
Use
Before using the scooter for the first time: check the brakes, tyres (wheels should have
pressure of about 2.5 bar (atmospheres)).
Both lights (front and rear) should be switched on during use.
Use your scooter at the lowest speed to learn how to ride safely, before travelling at
top speed.
To operate the device, press the button for approximately one second (display on).
Place one foot on the deck and push off with the other to bring the scooter to a speed
of about 6km/h, then press the accelerator lever down and place the second foot on
the deck to start riding. You can use the button to select the desired speed.
