Your Billy Goat Power Rake is shipped from the factory in one
carton, completely assembled.

1. 

UNFOLD

 the upper handle (item 26) and slide handle lock

loops(item 28) into place to secure the upper handle to the lower.
2. 

CHECK

 engine oil level and fill to proper level with engine manufac-

turers recommended grade of oil.  Move height adjust lever to down
position, to level engine during checking.  See engine manufacturers
instruction manual.
3. 

CONNECT

 spark plug wire.
