If you use the COMs or USB DEVICE or ETHERNET the transfer is implemented via a program on 
the Personal Computer (e.g. hyperterminal, teraterm, etc.), which allows you to save the archives in 
the  memory  of  the  terminal  to  files.  Then  these  files  can  be  transferred  back  to  the  terminal  or  to 
another terminal as long as it is the same model. 
Communication is made on a port to be selected: 
 

 

USB memory 

 

on the COMs present on the terminal, COM1, COM2, COM11 and COM12. 

 

USB DEVICE ("B" type USB) 

 

USB HOST ("A" type USB) 

 

ETHERNET 
 

Upon accessing the menu only the options available will be displayed. 

 

NOTE:

  For  COM1-2-21,  the  terminal  uses  the  communication  parameters  set  in  the  set-up;  once 

the port has been selected, the baud rate, bit number, stop and parity bit number are displayed at 
the top right.  

 
ATTENTION: 

If  you  use  the  USB  DEVICE,  the  Driver  of  the  DD700  device  must  have  also  been 

installed on the PC (see user manual par. 3.4.7).
