9.2.3 Print string
The remote commands and cyclic transmissions are disabled in this
mode.
This string must be selected if you need to connect a printer or to
transmit to the PC a string with characteristics described below.
To connect a printer, after selecting the “PRINT” string, in the “LPT1”
menu, set the type of printer (STB80,NEUTRO,Q3 etc..) and its
characteristics (characters per line, etc.).
By pressing the following data is transmitted:
1) Weight operating mode: DATE – TIME – TARE(if set) and net weight.
2) Piece counter operation: DATE – TIME – TARE(if set), net weight and
pieces counted.
If weight is unstable, the terminal will weight 10 seconds for weight to
stabilise. If weight does not stabilise, the message “NOSTAM” appears and
the operation is cancelled.
