This symbol placed on the appliance warns for the
burning danger, since the appliance’s accessible surfaces became hot during
operation.
1.
Read the “Safety precaution” part on this instruction manual.

Place your Glass-grill on a steady and heat resistant surface. Ensure the appliance is well plugged, and the
oil drip tray is in place.
3.
Well install the Oil Splash Guard if needed.
4.
Turn on the power by switching the power button to:
level “I”
– Lower temperature level, 275 degrees Celsius, OR
level “II”
– Higher temperature level , 400 degrees Celsius
(The Red indicator light is now ON, the Glass-grill is start heating.)

Preheat the Glass-grill for 6- 8 minutes to your selected temperature.

This grill is designed to cook food directly on the ceramic glass surface, which is healthy, hygienic, saving
time and energy. Do not need to put additional cookware on it.

If sugar is added to your food, it is recommended to use aluminum foil to wrap the food and prevent sugar
to adhere to the glass. Burned sugar may damage the glass of this appliance and very hard to clean up.

After passing the preheating time, apply several drops of cooking oil on the glass surface for cooking food if
needed.

Place the food on the heated glass, turn the food over whenever necessary. The cooking time is generally
faster than normal grilling machine, suggested to check from time-to-time to prevent burn or over cook.

You can use salt or other spices to season meat directly over the glass. You can also put some sauces such
as butter sauce.

After use, unplug the appliance from the wall socket and let it cool down completely.

Add several drops of cooking oil for food that does not consist much animal fat, such as vegetables, eggs,
pancakes, shrimp and fish. It is advisable to use a bit of cooking oil on the glass for the best cooking result.
To prepare more greasy food, such as beef steak, pork steak, bacon, no oil is needed! If food releases too
much oil and juices during cooking, it is recommended to tilt the appliance by lifting the bracket. This will
facilitate the oil and juices dripping into the tray.

The level I temperature enable to keep warm of your dish or beverage (such as hot tea or hot soup).
Food/beverage inside the container may keep at around 60-70 degrees Celsius. Please ensure the container
is heat resistant and safe for contacting the glass surface at high temperature of 275 degrees Celsius.
