It is active when the Safety Action starts, and it is cleared when the
Operating Mode is set to VC or VC+ACQ.
This function can be used both for monitoring the safety action and for using
DO1 or DO2 as SOVs Control Outputs (connected to the SOVs). In any case
at least one between SVC1, SVC2, RL1 and RL2 must be enabled.
If DO1 or DO2 are used as SOVs Control Outputs (connected to the SOVs), it
is necessary to follow the “Restore the Valve Control” procedure
(see Section 11) to correctly clear them.
