START/READY MODE
When the machine powers on, the display will light up and the distance setting will show.
Either ML for mile or KM for Kilometer. After two seconds, it will enter the "user selecting"
mode, displaying "U1". There are 4 User defined presets; U1-U4. If there is no action on
the machine ot it does not receive a signal after 4 minutes, the computer will enter an idle
mode. Otherwise the console will enter into Start/Ready status.
Under start/ready status, if the machine is not in use for more than 15 seconds, the machine
will enter into a 16 second prompt mode and will beep 16 times. If the machine is in use,
or a user presses any key within 16 seconds, it will return to start/ready status.
After setup (user setup, weight setup, program setup), if the user does not continue stepping
or touch a key, the computer will return to start/ready status. After 5 seconds, if no input
is received from the user, the computer will enter into a 16 second prompt mode. If the
machine is in use or input is received within 16 seconds, it will return to start/ready status.

To stop the workout or reset all parameters to default value

To make upward setting changes

To make downward setting changes
RECOVERY
After exercising for a period of time, keep holding the pulse sensors
until “PULSE“ displays heart rate, then press the “RECOVERY” button and continue to
hold onto the pulse sensors for 60 seconds. All function displayed will stop except for
“TIME”, which will start to count down from 00:60 to 00:00. Screen will display your
heart rate recovery status with the F1,F2….to F6. Press the RECOVERY button again to
return the main display.
P1-P12
Press a specific program button on the monitor to enter into that
workout directly.
PROGRAM CONTROL FUNCTION
P1-P12 PROGRAM
1. Press UP/DOWN BUTTON to select a program from P1-P12.
2. Press the ENTER/MODE button to enter the program.
3. TIME will display, default value is 0:00, press the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust values
then press MODE/ENTER to set the time.
4. DISTANCE will display, the default value is 0.0, press the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust
