5) STEADY PULSE RATE TIME

“SPR TIME" will appear flashing. Press the ENTER button and a number between 20 

and 60 seconds will start flashing. Select the value using the UP/DOWN buttons and 

then press ENTER to confirm. The word “SPR Time” will start flashing again. Use the 

UP/DOWN button to continue to the next setting.

If you wish to exit the customization mode at anytime press the STOP key.

CHANGING FROM MILES TO KM

To change from miles to km press and hold the ENTER key for 10 seconds, this will 

display the current unit on screen. Use the incline UP/DOWN buttons to select the 

speed unit (METRIC / KM. or IMPERIAL / Miles) and press the ENTER button to 

exit. You are now finished with customizing your console.
