FITTING THE GLUTEAL SEAT.-
17.-
Take the seat (87) and position it
on the seat support, Fig.17.
Fit the bolts (99) with their washers
(118) and tighten securely.
FITTING THE PUSH BARS.-
18.-
Position the push bar (11) on the
“U” bracket for the gluteal support (9),
Fig.18, align the holes and insert
screws (116), fit washers (121) and
tighten using nuts (126). Now fit the
screw caps (73).
Go through the same procedure for
push bar (12), Fig.18.
FITTING THE GLUTEAL PUSH BAR.-

Position the gluteal push bar
support (14) as shown in Fig.19.
Align the holes on the push bars and
insert bolts (116) along with the
washers (121) and nuts (126), tighten
securely. Fit the screw caps (73).
Take push bar (15) and insert it
through the gluteal support in the
direction of the arrow, fit bolts (105),
washers (119), and nuts (125) and
tighten securely. Adjust to suit and
tighten it by turning the control knob
(119) clockwise.
FITTING THE GLUTEAL CABLE.-

Pass one end of cable (66),
Fig.19, coming out of pulley D1,
through pulleys E1 and F1, take the
carabiner (60) and attach it to push
bar (12), Fig.19.
Pass the other end of cable (66)
through pulley B1 and A1 and use
carabiner (60) to attach it to the
crossbar (8), Fig.19.
FITTING THE BACKREST.-

Take the backrest (90) and
position it against the central mast, as
shown in Fig.20.
Now use the bolts (99) and washers
(118) to secure the backrest Fig.20.

position it against the central mast, as
shown in Fig.20.
Now use the bolts (99) and washers
(118) to secure the backrest, Fig.20.

Take the backrest (92) and
position it against the central mast, as
shown in Fig.21.
Now use the bolts (99) and washers
(118) to secure the backrest, Fig.21.
FITTING THE SUPPORT
COVERINGS.-
24.-
Take the coverings (91) and position
them on the abdominal arms, Fig.21.
Fit the bolts (100) with their washers
(130) and tighten securely.
FITTING THE PANELS.-
25.-
Position the left and right
protection plates (95 and 96) onto the
main frame (5), fitting the plate wedge
into the accommodating groove in the
base, then tighten screws (98) slightly
in the upper part as shown in Fig.22.
FITTING THE WEIGHTS.-
26.-
Fit the guide post (38) along with
washers (75) and the bottom weight
stops (76) as shown in Fig.23.
27.-
Next, place the weights (43), onto
the guide post as shown in Fig.23, in
correct alphabetical order with the
letters facing the front of the machine,
beginning with the letter “L”.
