ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Take the appliance out of its box and
make sure that all of the pieces are there:
(A) Main body, (B) connection tube, (C)
arms, (D) monitor, (J) bottle holder lid (R)
front cover (E) screws C/ex M8x20, (F) long
bolts C/ex, (P) Allen screws (G) flat washers,
(O) small flat washers (H) self locking nuts,
(I) trim caps, (K) spanners (L) Allen key and
(V) 220 V – 6 V DC mains transformer
(model G-236) (Fig. 1).

Set the tensioning control
(W) to minimum (by turning it
anticlockwise).
Bring the connection tube (B) to the main
body (A). Connect the two terminals (M),
figure 2, you may need someone to help
you with this.
Next, use one hand to take connection piece
(F), the one sticking out of the handlebar
stem (B), and with the other hand take the
cylindrical tip of cable (E) coming up out of
the main body (A) and insert it into piece
(F) in the direction of the arrow shown in
figure 2. Then take hold of the cable sheath
(S), pull it up slightly and insert it into hole
(H), Figure 2A.
Next, insert the handlebar stem (B) onto the
main body (A), Figure 2B, taking care not
to pinch the cables.
Before fitting the electronic unit (P) to the
casing (G) (See instructions for the electronic
unit, figure 4), make sure that the tensioning
control (W) turns freely. If this is not the case
then check that the cable has a loop in it,
as shown in Figure 2B, if this is not the case
pull the cable upward, as shown in Figure
2C.

Bring the connection tube (B)
to the main body (A). Connect the two
terminals (N); the one sticking out of the
main body and the one on the connection
tube, figure 2D. Push them down into the
tube on the main body (A)

Fit the tube/monitor assembly onto the
main body (A). Make sure not to pinch the
wires. Figure 3.

Take the Allen screws (P), fitted with their
small flat washers (O), and screw the two
pieces together. Use the Allen key (L) to
tighten securely. Fig. 4

Take the left-hand arm (blue sticker) (T).
(fig. 4A) and slide the bearings onto the
shaft, in the vertical position, with the same
colour stickers facing each other (fig. 5A)
until it is fully home. Next, do the same with
the right-hand arm (red sticker) (T). Take the
screws (E) fitted with their large washers (G)
and screw them into the arm rotation shaft.
Tighten securely. Fit the trim caps (I) onto
each screw head (figure 5B).
