USE OF THE JACK
Lifting:
1. Turn the drain valve
,
in the picture marked in red
,
with the actuating tube clockwise until you
feel a resistance.
2. Position the vehicle on a flat level surface, brakes must be locked and adjust the steering
wheel in straight-ahead position.
3. Put on the lift to the designated point by the car manufacturer. The amount can be offset with
the spindle
4. Take care when lifting that no persons in the work area.
5. The lifter is designed for lifting vehicles, so after lifting use axle stands.
Down:
1. The vehicle can be drained by turning the drain valve
,
in the picture in red
,
counterclockwise.
2. Make sure that no persons residing in the work area and are no longer objects under the
vehicle.
3. Lower the jack always completely down to protect the cylinder.
CHECK HYDRAULIC OIL
1. Turn release valve counter clockwise to allow ram to fully retract. It may be necessary to apply
force to the saddle for lowering
2. Stand jack in vertical position with handle socket down.
3. Remove the oil fill plug
4. The oil should be level with the bottom of fill hole. If not, top off.
5. Do not overfill. Always fill with new, dean hydraulic jack oil.
6. Replace fill plug
7. Check jack operation.
