General Instructions for a safe Operation
1. Make sure that transmitter and receiver are on the same frequency.
2. Check the receiver batteries and replace or recharge them if necessary. Use fresh alkaline
batteries only.

Problem
No function
No reception
No RF-indication
Possible Cause
• Insufficient battery
voltage
• Insufficient battery
contact, battery inserted
incorrectly
• Transmitter is not
switched on
• Receiver works on a
different frequency as the
transmitter
• Distance between
transmitter and receiver is
too far
Solution
• Replace or recharge the
batteries
• Check the batteries and
insert them again
• Switch on the transmitter
• Make sure the transmitter
and receiver are on the
same frequency
• Reduce the distance
between transmitter and
receiver
SE 900 Transmitter
Problem
No function
Noise/chirping
Possible Cause
• Power supply is interrupted,
unit is not connected to the
mains and/or to the trans-
mitter
• Two transmitters using the
same frequency
Solution
• Connect the power
supply unit to the mains
and/or to the transmitter
• Change the frequency of
one transmitter

Maintenance
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, the product should be returned to your beyerdynamic
dealer. Unauthorised attempts at repair may invalidate the warranty.
