Introduction
Welcome as a user of a security product from Bewator which is one of Europe’s
leading manufacturer of electronic security!
This Quick guide is aimed as an introduction, with a straightaway description
of how easy it is to get the BC615 up and running and ready to use.
The primary goal is to let you have some cards working all the day (with
security level Card only), as well as performing e g some tests of lock func-
tions or similar and then go further with customer specific programming of
the BC615.
With the BC615 you can create groups of users (cards) with access to the
door only certain
times
and
days
. You can also decide on the security level
needed to access the door (e g Card + PIN) or changing the
security level
depending of the time of day it is.
Further you can choose the BC615 to unlock the door automatically certain
times, or set up a manually toggle function to unlock (and lock) the door by
using the card.
To programme your BC615 to more customer specific tasks, please read
the
BC615
Installation & User manual
(on the supplied CD) and consider how
it should work. At the end of the manual there are some helpful charts to fill
in, before you start the programming process.
This is the easy way to get it work
The BC615 have some pre-programmed factory settings.
A time zone 01, 0:00 am – 11.59 pm day type 1234567 (i.e. all the week
around) – and a time schedule 01 with the time zone 01 linked to it.
With these factory settings it is very easy to get the BC615 working in the
way that one - or more - cards can be used 24 hours a day.
