The device will start beeping (if the beep is enabled) and the number
indicator will flash for a few seconds. This indicates that the measurement
is about to begin.

The measurement is completed, and the results are displayed at the end of
the 30-second countdown.
Note:
If the bottom electrode is removed within the space of three seconds after the
measurement starts, the measurement will be displayed as
EE
.
Common reasons for imprecise measurements
Inadequate contact between the electrodes and your finger.
Taking measurements through items of clothing.
