Tip:
– The height calculator stops beeping automatically after about 30 seconds.
– Also, the beep does not sound as long as the height calculator is in a horizontal position.
– The height measurement is temperature dependent. In order to achieve precise results,
use the scale and height calculator at room temperatures between 20° C and 30° C.

When using the scale for the first time or after moving the scale, touch the weighing area first
without standing on the scale. After turning off the display, the normal measurement can be taken.
4. Analysing the results
The body mass index (BMI) is a popular method used to interpret body weight. It analyses your
weight in relation to your height. This is the formula:
