Enter your personal information before using the scale.
On delivery, the scale is set to „cm“ and „kg“. At the back of the scales is a switch to change to „pounds“.

You must enter personal user parameters in order to measure your body fat percentage and other physi-
cal data.
The scale has 10 user memory locations which allows, for example, you and your family members to save
personal settings and retrieve them later.

your weight distributed evenly between both legs. The scale immediately begins to measure your weight.
