resources which can be recycled.
The sign with the crossed out waste container means: Batteries and rechargeable batteries are not to be disposed of in
household waste.
The symbols below the waste container mean:
Pb: Battery contains lead
Cd: Battery contains cadmium
Hg: Battery contains mercury

a) Magnifications
The total magnification is calculated by multiplying (always by ten) the objective magnification with the size
of the objective lens.
Note: The 40x objective is not suitable for observations with reflected light. The eyepiece is then too close to the object;
so there is not enough light for observation.
b) Equipment
The colourful learning microscope is equipped as follows:
- 10x eyepiece magnification
- revolving nosepiece
- reflected LED light
- transmitted LED light
- focus knob for the LED illumination
- orifice plate
- optical glass lenses
- dimensions (H x W x D): 29,5 x 11,5 x 16,5 cm
- works with 3 type AA Mignon batteries (not included)
