ing the manual.
b) It's important to follow this instruction
manual.
Supervision is necessary when using the
pressure cooker. It's important to adjust
the fire or heat lower after the pressure
valve pops up. This keeps the pressure
cooker under controlled heat and pressure
for a while.
c) Be very careful when moving the pres-
sure cooker when in use.
d) Don’t touch the metal surface. Use the
handles and take protection if necessary.
e) The pressure cooker can only be used as
instructed on this manual, and not for any
other purpose.
f) This appliance cooks under pressure.
Improper use may result in scalding injury.
Make sure the pressure cooker closes cor-
rectly before using.
g) Don’t attempt to open the pressure
cooker while cooking. Make sure to open it
only after the pressure is released. Do not
heat the pressure cooker when it's empty
too, as it will damage the appliance.
h) Make sure to use less than 2/3 of the
cooker’s capacity for cooking food. When
cooking food that expands, such as rice or
dry vegetable, make sure to use less that
1/4 of the pressure cookers capacity.
i) Do not place the pressure cooker or
attempt to pressure cook in an oven.
j) Cooking food with skin (such as ox
tongue), will expand because of pressure
after cooking. Don't attempt to cut it while
it's cooking to avoid scalding.
