The fuel tank capacity is approximately 8,0 litres, including 1,3 litres reserve.
Immediately wipe off any fuel spills from the bodywork and other parts of the vehicle.
Stop the engine before refuelling.
ATTENTION: Petrol is highly flammable. Take care not to spill it from the tank while
refuelling.
Keep open flames and lighted cigarettes away from the tank filler: danger of fire.
Avoid inhaling harmful vapours.
Fuel expands under the action of heat. It is therefore recommended not to fill the
tank to the brim.
FUEL TAP
OFF
The fuel tap

is closed when in OFF
position.
ON
Before using the vehicle, turn the knob
to ON. When the fuel cock is in the
ON position the fuel tank empties
until only the reserve fuel is left.
RES
The reserve fuel is used only if the
knob is in the RES position. Do not
forget to bring the knob back to the
ON position after refuelling.
Reserve fuel ...........................1,3 litres
REFUELLING
Use a blend of high-octane unleaded gaso-
line and synthetic oil at 1.6% (as related to
the oil specifications, see table at page 31)
FUEL TANK CAP
Open:
Turn tank cap

anticlockwise.
Close:
Set the tank lid and crew it clock-
wise.
Arrange tank breather pipe

so that it
forms no kinks.
