operAtion - freezing the cooler compartment
The most important step in making ice cream is freezing the cooler compartment. This consists of a
double-insulated container that needs a certain amount of time to freeze properly. The time depends on the
temperature in your freezer.
1. Place the cooler container in the freezer. At a temperature of -18 °C it takes at least 12 hours until
the container has cooled properly. At a higher temperature this takes longer. Preferably, leave the
container in the freezer overnight. If you always leave the container in the freezer you can make ice
cream whenever you want!
2. Remove the cooler container from the freezer immediately before making the ice cream.

(further) before you place them in the cooler container (7).

the motor housing (1+4).
