Place the part E hose reel. Insert the
crank into the hose reel and secure it
with two part 1 bolts, a part 8 nut, and
part 9 acorn nut.
Secure the other side of the hose reel
to the frame with a part 11 u-bracket,
two part 3 bolts, and two part 8
washers.
