UPS Setup
NOTE
For operating conditions, BTU output, audible noise, and temporary storage of
batteries information refer to SECTION 1100, “Installation Planning” in the
Axxium Pro
User / Installation Manual.
Each UPS consists of a 6-slot power enclosure containing power and
battery modules (varies by model). The enclosure, power and battery
modules, and casters are boxed and shipped individually.
1.
Use a fork lift or pallet jack to remove the pallets from the
delivery truck.
2.
Use a pallet jack to place the pallets near the installation site.
3.
Using two people, remove the power enclosure from the
package with the four lifting straps shipped with the enclosure
(see Figure 1).
NOTE
Do not lift the power enclosure by the module shelves or other convenient
edges or panels.

Verify that the site is able to support the size and weight of the
UPS when it is fully loaded with the battery and power modules
(see Table 4). The weight of the UPS on the caster cart is
concentrated on four 1.5

(38 mm) load levelers.
