Before using the laser tube, connect the water chiller and make sure that the water enters the tube
through the left side and verify that it exits through the upper right side.
•
Make sure there are no bubbles in the tube and that the water flows evenly on the inside.
•
The water temperature must be checked constantly. Maintain it between 12°C and 30°C.
•
Avoid dust accumulation on the high voltage electrode. Keep the electrode away from metal as much
as possible to avoid fire risks.
•
Keep the tube dry to avoid fire risks.
•
The laser tube is made of glass, making it fragile. Avoid sudden movements and excessive use of
force when handling the tube.
•
Avoid operating the tube over its limits.
Keep the maximum power parameter <= 85%
(lower or
alike). The efficiency of the laser tube is 80% of the nominal power for a longer useful life.
