Standard curve tab of measurement

A right-click into the chart area opens a menu offering display, print
and save options.

Curve fit method, axis transformation and smoothing may be changed
and values of standards may be edited if appropriate. The edited and
recalculated data will be indicated by red colour.

Should the standard curve be completely useless you may choose to
use a curve measured earlier by clicking

<Use Last Curve>.

4.4.2

Measure an immunoassay with Reference Curve

If you have defined a protocol with a reference standard curve (to be re-
cognized by the ending_refs), the measurement of this reference stand-
ard curve is the first step.

Measure the Reference Curve:

To start a measurement act as follows on the

[Main screen]:

1.

Select the Immunoassay

[Protocol]

to be used from the protocol list.

The protocol that has been created last will be pre-selected. The lay-
out of this protocol, e.g. the measuring sequence, will be displayed.
