2 Guide lines for safe use
•
Before using the BalanzBike, check whether everything functions properly.
•
Children may only ride the BalanzBike under supervision (by adults)
•
The BalanzBike is not allowed on public roads. Always ride it at appropriate speed, depending on the situation. Riding
down a slope slantwise, the BalanzBike may overturn. Downhill a considerable speed may be achieved, resulting in a
longer break path!
•
Sharp bends at high speed also may cause the BalanzBike to overturn.
•
Always pay attention to the environment.
•
Do not ride without using your hands. The movements of your legs you will cause some unbalance in the frame at the
front, and you may loose control of the vehicle.
•
Do not reverse at high speed. You may lose control of the steering.
•
Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs which have a negative effect on your perception or reaction.
•
Bumping and other stunts are damaging to the BalanzBike. Berg Toys can not be held liable for damage thus inflicted.
•
Do not place unnecessary objects on or over the BalanzBike.
•
Clothes and limbs may get stuck in revolving or hinged parts. Avoid loose attire such as scarves or shoe laces. They can
cause accidents.
•
The brochure contains guidelines on age categories. The owner/driver is responsible for deciding whether his age is
appropriate for riding the BalanzBike.
•
Make sure that for every ride the driver’s seat is in the right position with regard to the pedals to allow safe riding.
•
Do not get on or off while driving.
•
Do not drive in the dark without lights.
•
Protective covers, which have been removed for maintenance purposes, should always be put back in the original state
before use.
•
When parking the vehicle, always put the vehicle in that position that it cannot roll away.
•
It is not allowed to sit on the BalanzBike with more than one person at a time. Do not overload the vehicle.
•
Do not fit an engine or other products on the BalanzBike except the produced accessories by Berg Toys for the
BalanzBike.
•
Do not push or pull the BalanzBike by other (motorized) vehicles.
•
Berg Toys BV, the supplier of the BalanzBike and/or manufacturer accepts no liability for any injuries or other damages
caused by wrong or uncareful use of the BalanzBike.
