The slider is located on the lower edge of the control panel,
represented by a black box between the On/Off button and
the Power button. Each box stands for a power level from 0
to 9 or for the corresponding number (e.g. for time setting).
The slider can be used as follows:
y
Direct selection of the desired output by tapping a
specific level.
y
Swiping movement to the right in order to increase the
output of the device or the adjusted value.
y
Swiping movement to the left in order to decrease the
output of the device or the adjusted value.
The following function buttons are accessible via the menu
button. The symbols are displayed after the menu button is
pressed. In order to execute a function, the corresponding
position under the symbol on the slider must be touched.
The control panel has fields for display of specific values or
settings:
y
Cooking zone 1 to 4 (selection and display, 1-digit in each
case)
y
Timer (only display, 2-digit)
y
Extraction (selection and display, 1-digit)

Power level 0 - The cooking zone is activated
Power level 9 (example)
Power / Booster
Double booster (alternating blinking display)
Simmer at 42 °C
Simmer at 70 °C
Simmer at 94 °C or grill function
Bridge function – display illuminates with use
of the two left cooking zones.

during rapid boiling times.

Pot recognition – display illuminates if there
is no cookware in the zone or the pot is not
suitable for the device.
The display goes out if there is suitable
cookware on the cooking zone.
Residual heat – display illuminates for as long
as the cooking zone is hot after the cooking
zone has been switched off.
If the display is illuminated, there is a risk of
burns.

Do not touch the cooking zone.
y
Do not place heat-sensitive objects on the
cooking zone.
