Connecting device with a
connection cable
If the space available is insufficient for a
direct connection:
Connection via a connection cable
between the device and the connection
terminals on the extractor hood.
In this case, the device must be
positioned close to the extractor hood.
This connection option is necessary for
the following models:
y
Moveline table lift hoods
y
Glassline integrated hoods
y
Firstline Unseen integrated hoods
y
Smartline headroom hoods
Models that are directly connectable can
also be connected with a connection
cable.
The connection cable is not included in
the scope of supply.

WARNING
Risk of death due to electric shock!
Touching live parts can cause an
electric shock, burns or death.

Ensure that the power supply is
switched off and remains so.
☞
Unplug the plug for the accessories.
☞
Plug the connection cable into the
connection terminals on the extractor
hood and into the connection
terminals on the device.
☞
Plug the plug for the accessories into
the device.
☞
Route the cable so that it is not
kinked, crushed or damaged, and so
that it does not impede changing the
filter filling.
☞
Fasten the device close to the
extractor hood (e.g. by bolting in a
kitchen cabinet).
