Electric heating pad Use instructions
WARNING!
DO NOT LEAVE THE SWITCH IN POSITION 3 FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
If you intend to use the appliance for a long time, set the control to the minimum tempe-
rature (1).
The heated pillow should be placed over the area to be treated, never under the weight of
the body, for safety reasons.
For best results, keep the heating pad covered to avoid heat dispersion when the power
is turned off.
The pad has a safety system to prevent the risk of overheating, maintaining a constant set
temperature by turning the
appliance on and off at regular intervals.
The maximum temperature the appliance can reach complies with the requirements of
European electrical safety standards.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage to objects and/or harm to per-
sons caused by incorrect use.
IMPORTANT – Always unplug the appliance after using it.
HOW TO CLEAN
Comply with the instructions indicated in the manual and on the appliance label.
Failure to observe these instructions may irreparably damage the product and constitute
a hazard for those handling
the unit.
Always remove the plug from the socket and leave the appliance to cool before cleaning,
folding or storing it.
NEVER DIP THE HEATER AND control IN WATER
DO NOT WASH THE FLEXIBLE PART. CLEAN WITH A DAMP CLOTH: REMOVE THE
INSIDE, THEN WASH THE
CASING
, also in a washing machine, at a maximum tempe-
rature of 40 °C.
Do not cool the product unnaturally with any means, whether liquid or gaseous.
If the product is clean, it can be placed in its original box and stored in a dry place.
Do not dry clean. Dry cleaning may damage the heating elements.
Do not use industrial solvents such as benzene, kerosene or similar solvents.
Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not switch the appliance on to dry it
- leave it to dry naturally. Do not dry the appliance with a hair dryer. Do not operate the
appliance while it is damp or wet.
Carefully inspect the appliance after each wash: if you suspect it may be damaged, avoid
using it and bring it to the technical assistance centre for a check-up.
