6.4 Replace oil pump
1.
Switch off the main power supply and disconnect the Euro plugs from
the burner.
2.
Disconnect hoses, connection pipes and electrical cables from the
pump.
3.
Loosen the screws (J) and pull out the oil pump.
4.
Install new pump coupling.
5.
Install the pump - it is important that the drive shaft is connected
correctly at both ends.
6.
Connect hoses, connection pipes and electrical cables.
7.
Refit the Euro plugs and switch on the main power supply.
8.
Bleed the pump, start the burner and set the correct oil pressure (see
Technical data for correct output).
9.
Check/adjust combustion.

Before obtaining access to terminals,
all supply circuits must be disconnected.
!
When servicing/replacing components that affect combustion,
flue gas analysis and soot test shall be carried out on the installation.
